Refund Policy - the basics

Returns are accepted within 10–15 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Once the returned item is received and inspected, and deemed eligible, a refund of the purchase price minus a 5% restocking fee will be issued. Please allow 7–10 business days from the date of receipt for the refund to be processed.
