4. Shipping Policy
• Orders are shipped from North Carolina within 7-10 business days.
• We ship only within the United States.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
• Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

All items become the responsibility of the customer once they are handed over to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the unique and delicate nature of precision-cut gemstones:
• All sales are eligible for return within 1-15 days
• If returns are accepted:
• Items must be unused and in original condition.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Refund of Purchase Price less 5% restocking fee will be issued after satisfactory inspection.
• Refunds will be processed 7-10 business days from receipt of returned merchandise.
• All refunds will be processed to original form of payment. Please allow adequate time for financial processing
